He has a healing center in Hargeisa and is available for appointments. As a pioneer of Quranic healing among Somalis, he works to help people protect themselves from magic, jinn, and the evil eye through the Quran and Sunnah.

Upbringing
He was raised under the care of his parents, in a home filled with Islamic knowledge and good character. His father was his first teacher, teaching him the Holy Quran and its memorization, and he learned many books from a young age.
career
Dr Sh-Mahamed Ismail has extensive experience of over 30 years treating people with the Quran and natural herbs. He founded:
- Markaz Al-Shifa – A center for treating black magic, jinn, and evil eye (morning sessions)
- Madrasa Al-Fajri Online – An online school where the Holy Quran, its memorization, its Tafsir, and Quranic sciences are taught
