2. Healing Appointments

When you book a healing appointment (sihr, evil eye, jinn):

  • You must provide accurate information
  • The appointment must take place at the agreed time and location
  • If you miss your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance
  • Dr Sh-Mahamed Sh-Ismail reserves the right to decline any appointment

 

3. Meeting Ticket

When you purchase or book a ticket to meet Dr Sh-Mahamed Sh-Ismail:

  • The ticket is non-transferable
  • A ticket number will be generated upon registration
  • Please keep your ticket to present on the meeting day

 

4. Madrasa Al-Fajri Online

When you register a student:

  • You agree that the student will follow madrasa rules (good behavior, respect, attendance)
  • All courses will be taught online (Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms)
  • Cheating or misconduct may result in expulsion
  • Some courses may have fees (if applicable)

 

5. Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment or ticket
  • Madrasa students can be 5–18 years old (with parental consent for those under 13)

 

6. Modification & Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services at any time (we will notify if possible)
  • Remove any user who violates these terms

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Dr Sh-Mahamed Sh-Ismail is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from website use (e.g., technical issues)
  • Outcomes of healing treatments (as results depend on Allah’s will)
  • Losses caused by inaccurate information you provide

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Somaliland. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement between both parties.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance.
